Forms

You can summarise what you know about a family by using the forms below.  They are adaptations of standard forms used internationally for the exchange of genealogical information.

I give some sample filled-in Forms on another page.

You can download a blank .pdf form (see below) by using Save As,
then fill in the downloaded form electronically using the Typewriter function of your .pdf reader.

Or you can print a hard-copy blank .pdf form (see below), then fill in the paper form by hand.

Blank Forms

As its name suggests, a Family Group Sheet contains the details of two parents (one male, one female, not necessarily married) and all their biological children.

A Pedigree Chart shows details of one person (the subject), and the subject's biological parents, grandparents and great-grandparents.
